Individualized, one-on-one support focused on building independence through real-life skill development. Participants receive hands-on coaching in daily routines, community navigation, budgeting, and decision-making.

Meet Nina

Nina Milan is the founder of Coastal Connections and a dedicated advocate for neurodivergent young adults. Her work is inspired by her personal journey raising a son with visual impairment and autism, giving her a deep understanding of the support, patience, and structure young people need to thrive.

She is passionate about creating environments where individuals feel safe, valued, and empowered to grow.
